About "Derecho de Nacimiento"

During Fall 2019, Natalia Lafourcade (one of my biggest musical inspirations) visited Berklee College of Music, where she collaborated with students on this performance of "Derecho de Nacimiento", arranged by current student Lucas Fonseca, featuring vocalist Jimena Caballero and me.

About "Forró Brasil"

While stuck in quarantine, my great friend Gen Yoshimura had the idea of recording "Forró Brasil", originally written and performed by Hermeto Pascoal. We were inspired by Débora Gurgel's version of the song; we used the limitations of social isolation to create a different arrangement involving voice and drums only.
